Attorney Erubey Lopez is the founder of the law firm. He supervises the family immigration unit.  An immigrant himself, attorney Lopez is deeply passionate and committed to every client.  In addition to having personally walked the immigrant experience himself, he has over ten years of immigration law practice. In those years he has helped thousands of clients moved closer to full citizenship.

Experience

​

At the firm Attorney Lopez walks with clients who are in immigration court facing removal proceedings. He fights to have them release under immigration bond and fights their case from initial master hearing all the way to appeals at the Federal Level.  Attorney Lopez also helps clients who came to the US escaping violence and seeking asylum protection.

​

Attorney Lopez supervises the immigration law unit. He helps clients obtain their greencard through family petitions in Adjustment of Status and Consular Process.  Attorney Lopez helped with waivers of inadmissibility, U-Visas and VAWA’s.  He helps clients obtain Employment Authorization under DACA and Deferred action programs. Attorney Lopez’s accompanies client’s from  from no status to full citizenship.
